day 5 april 25th 2012

today were going to do 20 mins biking followed by pull ups and situps
eating a steak with eggs in the morning has been the best idea i have ever heard of thank u mr chesser.
ive been eating eggs like 3 to 4 times a week its something i just started when i started this blog because im trying to become healthier.
