today is the third day of drinking no pop what so ever. and including salad in at least one meal of the day so either with lunch or dinner mandatory salad for the next few weeks and we'll see how it goes . today i started my work out at 5pm again for the whole first week im starting very slow so i dont injure any muscles since i havent been active for long. so speed walking and push ups and sit ups and im joining in pull ups but only about 3 sets 8 reps and well increase it from there.
