i woke up at 4am today i made myself 3 eggs and left over steak.. after an hour i went out for a jog .. i jogged for about 20 mins and then i was at home i did 60 pushups 6 sets of 10 reps.. and 60 situps 3 sets 20 reps... and then i stretched and cooled down.. for the next few days or even two weeks i will be sticking with this work out because i havent worked out in 2 years and its good to start slow so u dont hurt urself u feel me..
