may 9th

today i had cora's for breakfast.. you know the crepe its like nuetella and strawberrys and banana sandwich.. i was late to class for about an hour but damn that was good.
im going to try to do some sort of workout later when i get home.. im starting to feel a little better just a little but at the sametime im feeling all these withdrawals sickness from none smoking all week. also ive been having no appetite what so ever.

may 8th 2012

today im starting to eat small meals more liquid like meals .. smoothies/ juices.. im not going to workout.. however for the past 4 days i havent smoked at all due to my sickness so im using this in my benefit to quit smoking once and for all ill let u know how it goes
for lunch im having chicken noodle soup oh its my favorite.
and im sleeping for the rest of the day.

day 15 may 5th 2012

today i had no breakfast i went to work at 6am may i remind you i am moving a big house so its a pretty intense workout on its own... at around 3 oclock i went with the workers to get some food so we decided to get chineese food i ate something called tywanese style chicken with rice and brocoli?
and i returned to work shortly after.. at around 9 oclock i got home and bam started throwing up from 9 till 1 am .. i ended up going to the hospital with food poisoning stayed in the hospital til the next afternoon throwing up about 25 times.. so may 5th and 6th and 7th im not eating nor working out because if i eat i throw up right away. it was so horrible

day 14 may 4th

i slept early yesterday so im awake early today im going to do my push ups/sit ups work out before i go to school. ofcourse after my very healthy fruit smoothie with milk.
at 10 oclock im having a tim hortons breakfast sandwich with an icecap because i simply deserve it :p
for lunch im having souvlaki ( im not sure if thats how u spell it) its like yellow ish rice with greek salad and a meat skewer.
for dinner im having cheese and watermelon.

day 13 may 3rd

today i slept in so no time for breakfast.
im going to bike around for 30 minutes sometime in the evening with a friend.
no workout today

day 12 may 2nd

im having a fruit smoothie and yogurt for breakfast
im going to walk in the morning before i go to school because im awake early and i have plenty of time
im eating pizza for lunch i havent ate mcdonalds ever since we watched super size me ive been craving it though.
im eating rice with watermelon for dinner.. its my favorite thing to eat with rice i love watermelon

day 11 may 1st

today im having 2 eggs with a glass of milk for breakfast
then after school im having a big lunch of shish kabob and bbq chicken
were going to be doing push ups and situps

day 10 april 30th

i had no breakfast today i was so hungry all day just water
i got home i was really tired and hungry so i ate and stayed in bed for the rest of the day..

day 9 april 29th

today i had a hamburger for breakfast yes a very juicy one mmm
i had a plate of rice and chicken breast for lunch
i went for a run in the evening time for about 20 minutes
for dinner i had a liver steak which was suprisingly amazing MMMM then some watermelon

day 8 april 28

today i had a good amount of sleep and i ate good healthy breakfast a good lunch and im just going to be doing walking and im gona try to do one extra set of all situps pushups and pullups and were going to keep increasing the amount slightly and push a little since were warm.. followed with good protein shake

day 7 april 27th

today i hardly ate i woke up late to work so i had no time to get ready or even eat i have one coffee at around 8 am and i worked straight from 8 until 5 pm with no food at all just pure labour. and even after all that i still didnt get the chance to eat untill 9pm i know its horrible but were going to have to make up for it for the next week with good nutrition and workout

day 6 april 26 2012

today i will have oatmeal for breakfast and some cornflakes mmm
and i will not work out im gona give my body a break to rest because i worked pretty hard this past week and i have work tomorow and im going to have to move some rich guy from a mansion so thats going to be one hell of a work out.. lots of stairs.

day 5 april 25th 2012

today were going to do 20 mins biking followed by pull ups and situps
eating a steak with eggs in the morning has been the best idea i have ever heard of thank u mr chesser.
ive been eating eggs like 3 to 4 times a week its something i just started when i started this blog because im trying to become healthier.

day 4 april 24th 2012

this is the 4th day of the week of starting work out for beginers. today i had a good amount of sleep and i feel good energy flowing i  had an extra healthy breakfast with a protein shake to keep this energy flowing. today i will do alot of stretching and up and down the stairs type of work out .. to get the legs moving a little.. the daily push ups and sit ups routine

april 23/2012 day 3

today is the third day of drinking no pop what so ever. and including salad in at least one meal of the day so either with lunch or dinner mandatory salad for the next few weeks and we'll see how it goes . today i started my work out at 5pm again for the whole first week im starting very slow so i dont injure any muscles since i havent been active for long. so speed walking and push ups and sit ups and im joining in pull ups but only about 3 sets 8 reps and well increase it from there.

day 2 april 22 2012

today i woke up at 5 a.m. and i slept from 730 pm. i ate two small meals one at 5:15 am and another at 7:30 am right before school. i did 60 push ups same way as yesterday 6 sets 10 reps each. and 60 situps. with alot of stretching because im not trying to hurt my self

day 1 april 21st 2012

i woke up at 4am today i made myself 3 eggs and left over steak.. after an hour i went out for a jog .. i jogged for about 20 mins and then i was at home i did 60 pushups 6 sets of 10 reps.. and 60 situps 3 sets 20 reps... and then i stretched and cooled down..  for the next few days or even two weeks i will be sticking with this work out because i havent worked out in 2 years and its good to start slow so u dont hurt urself u feel me..
